If the product you receive is in poor condition or the packaging shows signs of tampering or damage before delivery, kindly refuse to accept the package. Within 24 hours of delivery, take a video and two photos of the package and submit them via email at connect.luvment@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 9922007534. After reviewing the evidence, we will dispatch a replacement product at no additional cost.

Return, Exchange, or Cancellation:

You can return or exchange an item within 48 hours of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

- The item must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- If the item is damaged during transit or if the wrong product is received, we will exchange it and cover the shipping charges. However, the item must not be damaged or altered in any way.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the delivered goods are undamaged and meet the specifications of your order, or if we determine that the return request is invalid and based on false claims.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction within 5-7 days of receiving the returned goods.
- You must have a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or text message.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are only accepted if made before the order is dispatched or shipped. Once the order is dispatched or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Special festival occasion offer products are not eligible for cancellation.

If you cancel the order after payment is made, a 2% payment processing charge will be deducted. Additionally, if the goods have already been shipped, both the sender’s and recipient’s shipping charges will also be deducted. The refund will be processed within 5-7 days of receiving the returned goods.

Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the return label. Ship the item back to the address provided.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method with proof of delivery.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment method. Instead, they will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchange or replacement deliveries will be processed within 5-7 business days.
